Groundskeeper, UHNW Residence,  Miami, Florida $37–$40 per hour + Benefits

We're seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to join a fully staffed household, caring for a portfolio of residences in Miami, including a brand new, state-of-the-art private residence. Working as part of the facilities team, you'll play a central role in keeping all properties looking their absolute best.

This role would suit someone who is self-motivated, happiest working outdoors, takes real pride in their standards, and is seeking a long-term role within a well-run, professional UHNW household.

Key responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of outdoor presentation across the properties. Make sure all external areas (driveways, pathways, terraces, outdoor furniture, pool and waterfront spaces) are always clean, tidy, and guest-ready

  • Care for lawns, planting, hedges, trees, and seasonal landscaping to an exceptional standard

  • Keep a close eye on the grounds, flag any issues, and support the Facilities Manager with repairs and improvements

  • Help maintain pool and outdoor amenities, including regular checks, cleaning, and liaising with specialists where needed

  • Get involved in seasonal changes, landscaping projects, and broader outdoor improvements

  • Help prepare grounds and outdoor spaces for events as needed

  • Follow health and safety standards at all times

  • Coordinate closely with external vendors and household staff to keep the estate at its best

Requirements:

  • Solid background in groundskeeping or estate maintenance, ideally gained within UHNW or high-end private households

  • A real eye for detail and pride in keeping outdoor spaces immaculate

  • Sound working knowledge of horticulture and outdoor systems, including irrigation and drainage

  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to spot issues before they arise and take initiative

  • A team player with a positive outlook, equally comfortable working on your own

  • Physically fit, hardworking, and happy to be outdoors in all conditions

  • Good communication skills and a solid standard of English

  • Reliable, discreet, and professional at all times

Details:
Location: Miami, Florida
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (flexibility required)
Salary: $37–$40 per hour
Benefits: Health, vision, dental insurance, discretionary annual bonus, 401(k), 10 days PTO
