Head Butler – Private Estate, Windlesham, Surrey, £60k –£65k GPA, Live-in or Live-out

Our client is looking for an experienced Head Butler to join their large private estate in Windlesham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in private households or a similar high-end environment, such as a palace or luxury estate.
You'll be leading a small permanent team of two Butlers, while also managing up to 8–10 temporary staff during busier periods when the principals are in residence. The role is hands-on and requires someone who is confident leading a team, maintaining exceptionally high standards and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate will be polished, organised and proactive, with excellent service skills and previous experience in a senior butler position.

Key Responsibilities
•    Managing and supporting a team of two permanent Butlers
•    Coordinating temporary Butler staff during busy periods
•    Delivering exceptional front-of-house service
•    Ensuring the property is always presented to the highest standards
•    Working closely with the wider household team
•    Assisting with formal service, entertaining and special events

The Ideal Candidate
•    Previous experience within a private household, palace or similar luxury environment
•    Strong leadership and team management skills
•    Calm, professional and discreet
•    Flexible and happy to work additional hours when required

Package
•    £60,000–£65,000 GPA
•    Live-in or live-out
•    Based in Windlesham, Surrey
•    Time off in lieu for any additional hours worked during busy periods
•    ASAP start
