Spanish-Speaking Rota Nanny – Bergen County, New Jersey USD 150K gross per year

We are seeking an experienced, professional Spanish-speaking Rota Nanny to care for a baby and a preschool-aged child in a fully staffed private household in Bergen County, New Jersey.
This is an excellent opportunity for a career nanny who has previous rota experience, thrives in a high-standard household, and is committed to providing exceptional childcare while working collaboratively with the family's team.
Essential Requirements

  • Native or fluent Spanish speaker.

  • Proven experience working as a rota nanny in a fully staffed private household.

  • Extensive experience caring for babies and young children.

  • Full, clean driving licence and confident driver, as you will be responsible for taking the children to school, activities, and appointments.

  • Must live within a reasonable driving distance of the family home. Travel from your home can be arranged, but candidates requiring flights will not be considered.

  • Professional, discreet, organised, and able to maintain the highest standards at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Providing attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care for both children.

  • Driving the children to and from school, activities, and appointments.

  • Maintaining the children's wardrobes, including organising clothing and managing children's laundry.

  • Keeping children's bedrooms, play areas, and belongings tidy and well organised.

  • Working collaboratively with the wider household team to ensure the smooth running of the children's routines.

  • Travelling internationally with the family when required.
