Full-Time Personal Hairdresser to UHNW Principal, Surrey, £45k - £50k GPA

Our UHNW client is looking for a hairdresser/ hair replacement technician to work for them on a permanent, full-time basis. The role is based primarily at a salon within the family home in Windlesham, Surrey. There will also be some travel with the client – typically 4 to 5 days at a time. It's an excellent next step for someone who has just qualified and is looking to move beyond salon life into a long-term, well-supported role with a private client, learning a specialist skill along the way.

Full training in non-surgical hair replacement systems will be provided for candidates from a hairdressing background, prior experience in hair systems specifically is not essential.  

Whilst your work will be primarily focused on the Principal, you will also be required to tend to the family's visitors at the salon, providing haircuts, cutting, styling, and blow-dries, etc. During busy periods, the client will employ additional temporary staff.

Skills & Experience

Background in hairdressing or barbering required; hair replacement system experience is a bonus but not essential

Strong cutting, styling, and blending skills

Excellent attention to detail

Professional, empathetic, and confident manner with clients

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable travelling as part of the role

High standards of hygiene and health & safety practice

Desirable Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Hairdressing/Barbering, or equivalent

Training or certification in non-surgical hair replacement systems (not essential – full training provided)

Experience using hair bonding adhesives and system maintenance products

Salary: £45k - £50k GPA
