Office Manager, Central London, £40,000 - £50,000 GPA, DOE
An independent residential property management company serving private UHNW clients across the Super Prime and Prime markets in Central London and Surrey, is looking for an experienced Office Manager to take ownership of the running of a busy, sociable Central London office.
The business is growing so you will be joining at an exciting time with interesting projects on the horizon such as an upcoming office move.
You'll be at the heart of a fast-paced, close-knit team, with genuine variety day to day and real scope to shape how the office runs.
The Role
Lead the coordination of an upcoming office move: suppliers, logistics, infrastructure, landlord liaison and new processes
Oversee day-to-day office operations: supplies, post, deliveries, meeting room prep and visitor meet-and-greet
Manage employee administration including onboarding, offboarding and access control
Coordinate the company's vehicle fleet, documentation and servicing
Support supplier vetting, compliance records and service agreements
Monitor shared inboxes and assist with company-wide policy and communications
Provide financial and accounts support: expense platforms (Pleo/Revolut/Equals/TFL), budget tracking, reconciliations and utility management for clients
Requirements
Experience in Business or Office Management
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, can-do attitude
Schedule: Full time, permanent Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 GPA + benefits (some flexibility depending on experience)
