An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced rota nanny to join a fully staffed household in Monaco, caring for two children aged 1 and 3 years.

Working as part of a team of professional nannies, you will be confident supporting the children's development through a Montessori approach and have proven sleep training experience. The parents are hands-on and highly involved, so candidates must be collaborative, experienced, and have a strong understanding of child development.

The ideal candidate will be warm, emotionally intelligent, discreet, and naturally able to read the room. You will be kind, proactive, and confident working within a high-profile family environment.

The role includes:

2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota

International travel

Flights to and from Monaco provided by the family

Supportive, respectful, and welcoming family

Monaco employment contract

Salary: Up to €90,000 NET per annum
