**1 Week On/Off Rota Nanny – Notting Hill**

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced rota nanny to join a warm, welcoming family based in Notting Hill. The role will primarily focus on caring for a baby who will be approximately six months old when the position commences in October/November.

Both parents have demanding careers and are looking for a professional they can trust to take full responsibility for the baby's care while they are working. They are seeking someone dependable, organised, and genuinely looking for a long-term position. A strong moral compass, excellent judgement, and a calm, proactive approach are essential.

The family also have toddlers, and you will work collaboratively as part of an established nanny team. They are looking for a true team player—someone who is discreet, fuss-free, and highly professional, with the emotional intelligence to integrate seamlessly into the household. They value kindness, respect, and a drama-free working environment.

The parents are committed to a traditional, nurturing approach to childcare. They do not wish to introduce screens at an early age and place great importance on raising polite, well-mannered children through gentle, consistent boundaries.

This is not a large, fully staffed household but a close-knit team where everyone is willing to muck in when needed. The successful candidate will be warm, flexible, and happy to contribute to the smooth running of the household, including nursery duties such as keeping the children's areas organised, children's laundry, and preparing meals when these have not been provided by the housekeeper/cook.

Location: Notting Hill, London

Schedule: 1 week on / 1 week off

Start Date: October/November

Salary: Circa £70,000–£80,000 gross per annum
