***Travelling Rota Nanny, Europe-based, €85,000 - €92,000 GPA, Dubai Contract***

Our UHNW client is looking for an exceptional rota nanny (2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off) to care for their 9-month-old baby within a fully staffed household. This is a fantastic opportunity for a career nanny with strong infant experience.

The family is currently travelling throughout Europe and will remain predominantly Europe-based until the end of 2026. Thereafter, the role will transition to Dubai, while continuing to involve international travel.

Candidates must have recent, hands-on experience caring for babies under 12 months of age and be confident working within a high-profile private household. Previous rota nanny experience is essential.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a rota nanny position

  • Strong, recent infant experience, particularly with babies under 12 months

  • A warm, professional and proactive approach

  • The flexibility to travel frequently and adapt to changing schedules

  • Excellent references from comparable UHNW or private household roles

  • Spanish language skills (highly desirable)

  • EU passport 

 

Salary: €85,000 - €92,000 GPA
