Travelling Chef – UHNW Family | UK, Barbados & Europe – Temp to Perm, £70k GPA
We’re looking for an excellent private chef, ideally with Micheline experience, to join a highly skilled team supporting a UHNW family across their ultra-luxury homes in the UK, Barbados and Europe.
This role will initially begin on a temporary basis in the UK, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
This is a rare opportunity to cook at the very highest level while travelling to world-class residences — spending approximately six months per year in Barbados, a few months in the UK (London and Surrey), and the remaining time across other properties, primarily within Europe.
You’ll work alongside the Head Chef, creating inventive menus and Michelin-quality dishes for 5–8 family members and their guests. The role would suit chefs with a broad culinary repertoire, including Mediterranean, Japanese, and other global cuisines, alongside excellent technical skills in fish preparation, butchery, and sauce work. The ability to deliver both refined fine dining and elevated family-style meals is essential. The family generally enjoy lighter, lean dishes, so experience catering to dietary requirements, including vegan cuisine, is important.
We’re looking for someone responsible, discreet, tidy, and confident working as part of a close-knit team.
Must be within commutable distance to London and Surrey (Accommodation is provided when abroad).

Lunch: 12:30
Dinner: 17:30
Hours & schedule:
Usually 5 days on, 2 days off
Around 9 hours per day (either early shift 6:00–15:00 or later shift 9:00–18:00/18:30)
