Temporary Live-In Housekeeper, Ibiza, Mid-June – September

A beautiful private villa in Ibiza is seeking an experienced live-in Housekeeper for the summer season. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes real pride in their work and enjoys maintaining a high standard within a relaxed luxury environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Daily housekeeping and maintaining the villa to a high standard

  • Laundry, ironing, linen care, and wardrobe organisation

  • Bed making and preparing guest rooms

  • Grocery shopping and provisioning

  • Light breakfast preparation and occasional simple cooking

  • Ensuring the property is always guest-ready

  • Overseeing the property during quieter periods and reporting any maintenance issues

  • Liaising with local contractors and suppliers when needed

  • Assisting with general organisation and smooth day-to-day running of the villa


The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, hands-on, and comfortable working independently. You should have previous experience in private households or hospitality, excellent housekeeping standards, and a positive, service-oriented attitude.

Private on-site accommodation provided

Dates: Mid-June – Late September
Salary: circa €3000 gross per month  
Schedule: 6 days per week
