Groundskeeper – UHNW Residences | Palm Beach, Florida $37–$40 per hour + Benefits

We’re looking for an experienced Groundskeeper to join a fully staffed household, working across a portfolio of residences in Palm Beach, including a brand new state-of-the-art private residence. As part of the facilities team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining all properties to an exceptional standard.

This role would suit someone who is proactive, enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in high standards, and is looking for a long-term position within a well-run, professional UHNW environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Take a hands-on approach to maintaining immaculate outdoor standards across all areas. Ensure all external spaces (driveways, pathways, terraces, outdoor furniture, pool and waterfront areas) are consistently clean, tidy, and presentation-ready

• Maintain lawns, planting, hedges, trees, and seasonal landscaping to exceptional standards

• Monitor grounds, report issues, and assist the Facilities Manager with repairs and improvements

• Support the upkeep of pool and outdoor amenities, including routine checks, cleaning, and coordination with relevant specialists where required

• Support seasonal changes, landscaping projects, and wider outdoor improvements

• Assist with event preparation and site presentation as required

• Adhere to all health and safety standards at all times

• Work in close coordination with external vendors and household teams to uphold exceptional estate standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in groundskeeping or estate maintenance, ideally within UHNW or high-end private residences

• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong pride in maintaining immaculate outdoor environments

• Good practical knowledge of plants, horticulture, and outdoor systems, including irrigation and drainage

• Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to anticipate issues and take initiative

• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude, while also confident working independently

• Physically fit, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors

• Strong communication skills with a good standard of English

• Reliable, discreet, and consistently professional

Details:

Location: Palm Beach, Florida

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (flexibility required)

Salary: $37–$40 per hour
