Groundskeeper – UHNW Residences | Miami (Coconut Grove & Surrounding Areas) $37–$40 per hour + Benefits

We’re looking for an experienced Groundskeeper to join a fully staffed household, working across a portfolio of state-of-the-art residences in Coconut Grove and surrounding Miami areas. As part of the facilities team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the properties to an exceptional standard.

This role would suit someone who is proactive, enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in high standards, and is looking for a long-term position within a well-run, professional UHNW environment.

Key responsibilities:

Take a hands-on approach to maintaining immaculate outdoor presentation across all areas, ensuring all external spaces (driveways, pathways, terraces, outdoor furniture, pool, and waterfront areas) are clean, tidy, and guest-ready at all times

Maintain lawns, planting, hedges, trees, and seasonal landscaping to exceptional standards

Monitor grounds, report issues, and support the Facilities Manager with repairs and improvements

Support the upkeep of pool and outdoor amenities, including routine checks, cleaning, and coordination with specialist contractors where required

Assist with seasonal changes, landscaping projects, and wider outdoor improvements

Support event preparation and ensure outdoor areas are presented to a high standard

Adhere to all health and safety standards at all times

Work in close coordination with external vendors and household teams to maintain exceptional estate standards

Requirements:

Previous experience in groundskeeping or estate maintenance, ideally within UHNW or high-end private residences

Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining immaculate outdoor environments

Good practical knowledge of plants, horticulture, and outdoor systems, including irrigation and drainage

Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to anticipate issues and take initiative

Collaborative team player with a positive attitude, while also confident working independently

Physically fit, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors

Strong communication skills with a good standard of English

Reliable, discreet, and consistently professional

Details:

Location: Miami

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (flexibility required)

Salary: $37–$40 per hour
