Full-Time Live-Out Norland Nanny (Monday–Friday) up to £100K gpa depending on experience

Location: Belsize Park (Very close to tube station)
Hours: 8.45AM -6.45PM

A warm and welcoming family is seeking an exceptional full-time, live-out Norland nanny to join their household team. This is a varied role that will involve a mix of sole charge and shared care, working closely with parents and alongside an additional nanny/housekeeper, so someone who is confident working both independently and as part of a team would suit this position well.
The family has three children aged 8, 5, and 1 month old. The main focus of the role will be the baby, supporting all aspects of their care, routine, and early development. From time to time, you will swap over and take care of one of the older children, depending on the family’s needs.

During travel periods, you may be required to look after two of the children, so flexibility and confidence managing different age groups is important.

Key Responsibilities
Providing attentive, loving care for all three children (rarely sole charge of all simultaneously)
Supporting early development, particularly for the baby
Encouraging positive behaviour, manners, and social development in the older children
Assisting with school pick-ups and after-school activities
Collaborating effectively with parents, another nanny/housekeeper, and a chef
Maintaining clear and confident communication within the household

Additional Information
Experience with SEN children is a bonus (the eldest child has very mild ASD)
30 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
