Top House Manager – Miami (Coconut Grove) | $200K–$260K + Exceptional Benefits

A rare opportunity for an accomplished House Manager to join an exceptional private estate in Coconut Grove. This is a beautifully run, high-calibre residence supported by a first-class household team.

You will lead and develop a team of housekeepers while ensuring the seamless day-to-day running of the home. Alongside this, you will oversee all aspects of property maintenance, managing contractors and ensuring key systems, including HVAC and air conditioning, are maintained to the highest standard.

The principals hold multiple residences, including within Miami, requiring occasional oversight. This role suits a polished, proactive professional with proven experience in a super-prime environment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver both operational excellence and refined service when required.

Hours: Monday–Friday | 9am–5pm (flexibility required)

Salary: $200K - 260k plus comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k), 10 days PTO)
