Assistant House Manager, Palm Beach, USD 130k – 180k GPA + Top Benefits

Silver & Bow are seeking a highly capable Assistant House Manager to join an exceptional UHNW residence in Palm Beach.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a newly established, fully staffed household, supporting an experienced House Manager in the day-to-day running of a beautifully finished property. You will be working for a lovely Principal who really values their staff.

Working closely under the House Manager’s guidance, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and presentation of the home. Responsibilities will include overseeing the maintenance and functionality of the property, liaising with contractors and suppliers, assisting with inventories, maintaining accurate household records, and acting as a central point of communication between the House Manager and wider team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience within a UHNW private household, demonstrate strong organisational skills, and be confident operating in a high-standard, detail-driven environment.

Hours: Monday–Friday | 9am–5pm (flexibility required)

Salary: $130k – 180k GPA plus comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k), 10 days PTO)
