Housekeeper/Nanny, Barnes – up to £60K gpa Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (with flexibility)
Silver and Bow are looking for a warm and experienced Housekeeper/Nanny to join a lovely family who have recently moved to Barnes. They have three children aged 7, 6 and 2, and are looking for a true all-rounder who is strong on the housekeeping side but also genuinely loves children.
The day naturally falls into three parts, helping the children get ready in the morning, cleaning and tidying the house during the day when they're at school and nursery, then supporting Mum once everyone is home in the afternoon.
The ideal candidate will be efficient, proactive and full of good initiative, someone who notices what needs doing without being asked. Just as importantly, you'll be warm and caring with a real knack for connecting with children.
Duties:
Daily cleaning, keeping the house tidy and reset throughout the day
Laundry, ironing and changing beds
Keeping bedrooms, play areas, wardrobes and cupboards organised
Getting the children ready in the morning and helping with school and nursery runs
Preparing fresh, nutritious meals for the children and helping with some family food prep
Supporting with homework, activities and bath time
Managing the children's clothes, uniforms, school bags and belongings
General household organisation to keep everything running smoothly
Previous experience in a similar Housekeeper/Nanny role and excellent, checkable references are essential. The family would love to find someone local, ideally living within 40 minutes of Barnes. Parking is available onsite.
Days/hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, with flexibility.
Salary: £55k - £60K gpa
