A wonderful opportunity for a housekeeper who has built a solid foundation and is ready for their next step, joining a busy professional household in Notting Hill. This is a sole-charge role within a well-appointed two-bedroom property, working for a respectful and appreciative couple who are looking for someone they can genuinely trust and grow with over time.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the home. Responsibilities include maintaining impeccable housekeeping standards, managing laundry and wardrobe care, handling dry cleaning, running errands, coordinating contractors and ordering supplies. You will be a self-starter who is efficient and resourceful, with good instincts. The client values a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn over a long track record, and you will be supported as you settle into the way the household runs.

Both principals travel frequently but pack light and efficiently, so you will need to be ready to turn cases around quickly. They have a PA who has been with them for two and a half years and will be on hand to support you.

Light cooking is a bonus: simple, healthy home cooking for evenings, with plenty of time to prepare. No culinary training is required, just a confident approach to wholesome, straightforward recipes.

We are looking for someone with an upbeat, positive nature. There are no children or pets. Occasional travel to a European property for up to three to four weeks per year may be required.

This is a genuinely lovely role with real scope to develop and grow, which they would love to shape around the right person.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 hours per day with flexibility on start and finish time to suit the right candidate.

Salary: £45,000–£55,000 GPA
