Studio Director – New Luxury Yoga & Wellness Studio, Notting Hill £70-100K GPA

We are looking for a commercially minded Studio Director to launch and lead a stunning new luxury yoga and wellness studio, opening in the next two months in one of London’s coolest areas. You will have the autonomy to shape and run the studio as your own business, offering an exciting opportunity to build something truly meaningful from the ground up. Working closely with the owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the business’s vision, driving new initiatives and unlocking its full commercial potential. With the freedom to take ownership, bring fresh ideas to life and influence the studio’s future direction, there is significant scope for growth, including the exciting prospect of expanding into multiple studios.
This is a truly special project. The studio is state of the art, beautifully designed with no expense spared. This is a role for a real operator – someone dynamic, ambitious and immaculately presented, with a warm presence and an exceptional work ethic.


Joining ahead of launch, you will have the rare opportunity to shape the studio from day one and bring a wealth of ideas to the table. You will take full ownership of the studio, including managing and developing the front-of-house team, HR matters, class timetabling, suppliers, maintenance and ensuring every client experience meets the highest luxury standards. Business savvy is essential – you will drive revenue, membership growth and retention, own the numbers and spot new commercial opportunities, including partnering with brands who use the space for activations and events.


The studio has a genuine purpose at its heart, with profits going to charity. Philanthropy runs through the culture, from team volunteering days to a vibrant community programme of book club, run club, yoga and a host of other fun and interesting clubs – which you will help to shape and grow.

The ideal candidate:

  • Have a background in a high-end yoga, wellness or luxury hotel background at managerial or director level.

  • Understand the polish and professionalism that comes with luxury expectations and the confidence to hold their own within the wellness industry.

  • Experience within / exposure to UHNW world.

  • Genuine passion for yoga.
