Personal Assistant, Hybrid with travel to Devon, up to £60k gpa depending on experience
Our returning client is on the lookout for a sophisticated Personal Assistant to assist the Principal’s right hand primarily with managing diary and complex travel logistics. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone looking for a meaningful role, outside of London which strikes a good balance between autonomy, practicality, and involvement in high-level operations.
This is not a standalone position, there is a wider support team based in London who you would also liaise with and a well-established structure in place.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage a dynamic, high-level diary, ensuring seamless coordination of personal and professional commitments
Organise and manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including private flights, multi-leg itineraries, and bespoke travel experiences
Coordinate pet travel logistics, particularly for dogs, ensuring comfort, compliance, and peace of mind
Provide daily support to the Principal’s assistant, streamlining operations and freeing up their time for strategic priorities
Collaborate with a broader PA network in London, ensuring excellent communication, handover, and task management
Attend the Devon property full-time for the initial few weeks, accommodation provided, then transition to attending for day-trips as needed for meetings and coordination
Requirements
Proven experience organising private flights and full-suite travel at an ultra-high-net-worth level. High-end precision, discretion, and attention to detail are essential
Familiarity with pet travel arrangements, particularly for dogs, including regulatory requirements, logistics, and welfare considerations
A collaborative mindset and eager to work alongside skilled colleagues
A low-profile approach: professionalism and capability speak for themselves
Flexibility in location: ideally based in, or able to easily travel to North Devon, with flexibility to work from home when not needed in person.
If you’re an accomplished, discreet PA with a refined travel background, especially in private flights and pet travel logistics, we’d love to hear from you.
Please apply with your CV to pas@silverandbow.com, with a brief cover note highlighting your relevant experience and location flexibility.
