Butler/All-Rounder, Kensington – £55k gpa

Silver and Bow are excited to present a brand-new opportunity for a polished, versatile Butler/All-Rounder to join a fully staffed household in Kensington. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate will be discreet and professional, with a natural ability to anticipate needs, adapt seamlessly between formal service and relaxed family-style settings, and be resourceful and proactive whatever the day brings.

We’re looking for candidates with strong hospitality experience gained on yachts, in high-end chalets or hotels, or within private households. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with being tech-savvy and comfortable using WhatsApp groups, shared calendars, and email to coordinate with the family and team. A love of dogs is a must, and you should be flexible to travel occasionally with the family for short UK or overseas trips.

Responsibilities include:
•    Providing both formal and informal service 
•    Overseeing household supplies, including the bar and wine cellar.
•    Running errands, making purchases, and delivering turndown service
•    Assisting with driving, light maintenance, property checks
•    Pet care
•    Light meal preparation
•    Reporting to the House Manager and collaborating with the wider team to ensure everything runs smoothly

Candidate profile:
•    Strong hospitality experience in private households, yachts, high-end chalets, or hotels
•    Discreet, professional, and proactive with excellent communication skills
•    Tech-savvy, comfortable coordinating via WhatsApp, shared calendars, and email
•    A love of dogs 
•    Flexibility to travel occasionally with the family for short UK or overseas trips
•    Available to work weekends and evenings on a rotational basis with the team

Working pattern: 5 days on / 2 off
Salary: Up to £55k GPA
Start date: ASAP or within a 1-month notice period
