The House Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the team, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless operations, from extensive luggage handling to coordinating staff schedules and supporting family routines.
Outside of these visits, the household operates on a smaller scale with housekeeping, security, and property management support. During these quieter periods, the House Manager will work a Monday–Friday schedule focusing on ensuring the residence is prepared for the family’s next stay.

Manage logistics during family visits, including staff scheduling, luggage coordination, and supporting the Sheikha and children during travel.
Lead, support, and motivate the household team, ensuring high morale and professionalism.
Liaise with external property managers for maintenance and property management issues.
Act as a point of contact for the Principal and entourage, ensuring requests are managed smoothly and proactively.
Maintain discretion and a calm, solution-focused approach during visits.
Candidate Profile
For cultural reasons, only female candidates can be considered.
Proven experience in a senior household management role, ideally within UHNW or royal households.
Previous experience with Middle Eastern families would be highly advantageous.
Hands-on, organised, and confident in HR and team leadership.
Resilient, empathetic and professional.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Days/Hours
Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm when not in residence.
Longer hours during in residence periods (Summer and Xmas) with time in lieu
Salary: £70,000 gpa
Benefits: Private medical insurance, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
