Butler for Private Estate in Surrey, Live In or Live Out – £££

Join a top-tier butler team at a stunning private estate in Surrey!

We’re looking for a polished, service-driven butler to join an UHNW private household, delivering impeccable front-of-house service—from everyday hospitality to formal dinners and special events—while supporting the family and ensuring the household runs smoothly and seamlessly.

The estate is beautifully managed with low staff turnover, and the family invests in hands-on training and unique experiences like whisky tastings in Scotland to sharpen skills and elevate service standards.

Duties include:

• Deliver attentive service throughout the home and at events

• Greet and welcome guests

• Support family functions, dinners, receptions, and VIP gatherings

• Coordinate smoothly with kitchen, housekeeping, and security teams

• Manage care of wines, silver, linens, and tableware

• Respond promptly and efficiently to requests

• Maintain overall presentation and upkeep of the property

Our ideal candidate:

• Experienced in private households or luxury hospitality

• Comfortable with formal and informal service styles

• Calm, adaptable, and detail-focused

• Discreet, professional, and team-oriented

• Skilled in silver service, wine knowledge, and etiquette

• Flexible and hands-on

Days/hours: 5 days per week, hours will vary when family is in residence, with longer days. When the clients are away, the core hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.

Start: ASAP or up to 1 month notice.
