Lead Front of House/ Butler / House Manager – Dubai €7,000–€8,500 per month DOE | Tax-Free | With separate accommodation provided

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and hands-on individual to join a UHNW family in Dubai. We’re looking for someone who has either been a chief stew/stewardess and is after a land based role or a Senior butler looking for a dynamic, varied role in a fully staffed household. You will be responsible for putting together staff rotas and setting the standards in a stunning new villa in Dubai. The family have a school age child and enjoy entertaining so you will be in charge of putting together lavish get togethers and business gatherings at the villa. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-end, service-focused environment. 

Responsibilities: 

• Front-of-house and service duties, including serving meals and drinks (knowledge of fine wines would be beneficial)

• Preparing and setting the table for meals

• Care of silver, brass, fine China and glassware 

• Assisting the family’s Laundress with care of luxury items and clothing

• Wardrobe management

• Organising and maintaining inventories, wardrobes, and storage areas

• Running errands and collecting food shopping

• Packing and unpacking for travel  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a private residence 

• Keen eye for detail

• Proactive, highly motivated, and a good team player

• Service-oriented with a professional demeanour

• Excellent checkable references  

Salary: €8,000–€8,500 per month, depending on experience (tax-free)
Live-in accommodation provided
Transportation included 5/6 days per week, 50–60 hours
