40 hours a week

Lovely, down to earth, caring family is looking for a warm, kind and gentle nanny for their 8 year old son. We are looking for someone who has a real knack for children, is fun and playful and loving and the little boy can be quite nervous with new people. When not spending time with the child, the family would like you to prep food, do the laundry and tidying up around the house. They will have a cleaner that comes once a week to mop the floors, clean bathrooms etc but the general day to day light housekeeping is required from the candidate, as well as running housekeepers. The property is a lovely cozy 3 bedroom farm house so very easily managed.

The parents are incredibly supportive and caring, they also have younger twins but the main focus is the 8 year old boy who can be quite sensitive and needs someone very caring to play with. We are looking for someone who can commit longterm to the family, for 1-2 years minimum so please do not apply if you are after a temporary role only.

Salary: up to £40K gpa for 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday

Start: flexible (can be asap or September), interviewing and trialling now
