Laundress – Coconut Grove, Miami - $55/hour

We are looking for a highly experienced and discreet professional Laundress to join a fully staffed ultra-high-net-worth Coconut Grove estate. The role involves taking full ownership of all laundry and wardrobe care in a formal private residence. You will work closely with the House Manager and collaborate with other household staff to ensure the principal’s clothing and linens are maintained to the highest standard.

Candidate Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of fabric care, stain removal, ironing and steaming.

• Skilled in garment maintenance, including mending, sewing, and minor alterations.

• Discreet, professional, and able to work effectively within a team.

• Good command of English and excellent communication skills.

Key Duties:

• Sort, tag, and care for all items, including couture and delicate fabrics.

• Launder clothing, linens, towels, and specialty items using appropriate methods.

• Iron, steam, press, and fold garments and linens.

• Perform minor mending and spot treatments.

• Maintain laundry and wardrobe areas; stock and organize supplies.

• Coordinate with dry cleaners and repair services.

• Pack/unpack and return items to designated areas.

• Housekeeping with the team when required.
  

Days/hours: 40 hours per week across 5 days

Salary: $55/hour
