*Rota Nanny for 8-Month-Old Baby – Central London & Travel – £70–75K GPA*

We are seeking a highly experienced, professional rota nanny to care for an 8-month-old baby, working with first-time parents who travel frequently—often at short notice. This is a dynamic role best suited to someone flexible, proactive, and confident in sole charge.

The rota will vary depending on the family’s travel schedule and location, ranging from 1 week on/off to 3 weeks on/off. The family divides their time between Central London and frequent trips across Europe and the US. Travel will be a regular part of the role.

The ideal candidate will:

Speak native-level English

Have extensive experience with babies through to early childhood

Be confident in all areas of infant care, development, and establishing healthy routines

Show initiative and discretion, able to work independently without requiring direction

Be respectful of the family’s privacy and personal boundaries
