Nanny for 8 year old Boy in South Kensington – Separate accommodation available – Salary On Application

We are looking for a nanny to help hands on parents with the care of their 8 year old son. You will be responsible for driving the boy to and from school daily, encourage him to do his homework, music practice and you will be responsible for preparing nutritious healthy meals for him. The family keep a beautifully kept house and employ a housekeeper full time as well as an Executive Assistant. Whereas you are not responsible for housekeeping duties, while the boy is at school, you will be expected to tidy up after breakfast and generally run errands. Once you are finished with light nursery duties, errands and making dinner in the morning, you may go to the separate flat that is provided for you until you collect the boy from school later in the afternoon. Given you are required to take the boy to school, start time is 7am and finish time is typically 8pm (with 2 babysitting a week which are not always required). Please bear in mind that whilst the child is at school, you will have plenty of time to yourself during the day.
 
The ideal candidate will know how to bring the best in children, and understand how to connect with them in an emotionally attuned way (e.g. ensuring bedtime routine is a smooth process).
 
Start date: ASAP
Salary: Top Salary available for most experienced candidates
