The family are looking for someone positive, organised, and hardworking who can become a trusted long-term member of their household. This role would suit an all-rounder who enjoys creating a calm, well-presented home, preparing healthy family meals, and maintaining high standards throughout.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning of the main residence, pool house and gym, ensuring the property is always presented to a high standard and ready for family use

• Laundry and ironing, including bed linen, with light wardrobe management

• Managing household supplies and keeping the home fully stocked

• Preparing the property for guests

Cooking:

• Grocery shopping and stocking the pantry with fresh produce

• Preparing healthy, family-style meals when the family are in residence

• Working with the Property Manager and principals on menus and meal timings

• Confident gluten-free cooking

• Assisting with small-scale entertaining (BBQs, lunches, dinner parties)

Additional duties:

•    Oversee facilities operations across several residences 
•    Delegate and manage maintenance and upkeep tasks 
•    Coordinate routine inspections, repairs, and emergency works 
•    Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers 
•    Monitor safety, security, and overall condition of properties 
•    Oversee installations, refurbishments, and small projects 
•    Maintain all systems (HVAC, pools, smart home, security, etc.) 
•    Keep track of maintenance, repairs, and report where needed 
•    Ensure supplies, equipment, and property standards are consistently maintained 
•    Act as a key point of contact for any on-site issues or emergencies 

Requirements:
•    Strong facilities or property management experience (UHNW or high-end residential) 
•    Good all-round knowledge of household systems and maintenance 
•    Confident managing vendors, contractors, and multiple projects 
•    Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-driven 
•    Discreet, professional, and able to work in a private environment 
•    Strong communication and organisational skills 
•    Bachelor’s degree preferred 
•    Construction or project experience is a plus 

Details:
•    Location: Miami 
•    Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (flexibility required) 
•    Salary: $165,000–$180,000 
•    Benefits: Health, vision, dental, discretionary annual bonus, 401K, 10 days PTO.
