Cooking for a family of eight, you'll take full ownership of the kitchen: planning menus, managing grocery shopping and inventory, and delivering meals that are fresh, varied, and tailored to the family's preferences. The family have a strong focus on health-conscious eating, with a particular interest in keto, anti-inflammatory, and vegetarian cooking, as well as Japanese cuisine, so a broad and adaptable repertoire is essential.

Day-to-day you'll prepare breakfast for the whole family, create nutritious and appealing packed lunches for the children, and cook and serve family-style dinners each evening. When the family entertain, you'll take the lead on menu planning and full execution for dinner parties, so confidence in a more formal service setting is important.

You'll work as part of a wider household team and will be expected to maintain an immaculate, well-organised kitchen at all times.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Private Chef in a high-end household or luxury hospitality setting

• Broad culinary repertoire with particular strength in keto, anti-inflammatory, vegetarian, and Japanese cooking

• Confident menu planning and catering for varying dietary requirements

• Discreet, professional, and respectful of family privacy at all times

• Flexible with occasional late evenings for dinner parties and happy to travel with the family abroad

• Fluent in English; Italian is a strong advantage

• A driver would be a real bonus given the location

• Valid EU work permit or Italian residency required
