**Fluent English-Speaking Rota Nanny – Switzerland/International, 15 Days On/Off**

Our lovely clients are looking for a high-energy, engaging Rota Nanny with a strong early-years background to join them long term, caring for their two children aged 1 and 2.

For this role, the family are particularly interested in candidates with recent, hands-on experience with babies and toddlers, ideally combined with an Early Years, Montessori, Norland or similar childcare qualification. They are less focused on length of service and more interested in someone who brings energy, current early-years knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for this age group.

The family are based in Switzerland and travel regularly to their other homes, primarily within Europe. You’ll be taking over from the maternity nurse who has recently finished with the youngest, so confidence with routines, developmental milestones and the transition from babyhood into the toddler years will be important.

This is a very active, hands-on role. We’re looking for someone upbeat, switched-on and full of ideas, who enjoys getting down on the floor to play, being outdoors and planning age-appropriate activities, sensory play, arts and crafts and outings. An understanding of Montessori principles, child development or other early-years approaches would be a real plus.

Mum is hands-on and enjoys spending time with the children, so someone collaborative who can naturally find their place within the family would work brilliantly. You should be confident taking the lead when required, while equally comfortable working alongside Mum.

Fluent/native-level English is essential. Spanish or Italian as a second language would be a bonus but is not required.
