Live-In Domestic Couple – Private Family, Milan

A warm family based between London and their newly renovated Milan penthouse are seeking a live-in Domestic Couple to join their household team. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced, flexible couple who enjoy working together, are comfortable around children, and are happy to travel as part of the family's wider household staff.

The Role

  • Working alongside the family's existing team: a live-out Housekeeper and a House Manager (starting shortly)

  • Hold a full, clean driving licence, school runs for the two daughters, errands, and general driving duties

  • Confident, capable cook for everyday family meals

  • General housekeeping duties across the penthouse

  • Supporting with the children, not a nanny role, but a couple who are genuinely good with children and comfortable holding the fort

  • Working flexibly as part of a growing household team

  • Travelling with the family to their St Moritz in winter and to Capri for one month each summer


The Ideal Candidates

  • An experienced, reliable domestic couple used to working together in a private household

  • Italian speaking preferred; fluent English essential

  • Genuinely good with children, warm and trustworthy, given the family's frequent travel

  • Valid driving licence

  • Capable everyday cook

  • Flexible, adaptable, and happy to relocate to Milan

  • Discreet, professional, and used to working in a smart, newly renovated home

  • Location: Milan, Italy

  • Live-in: self-contained staff accommodation on the top floor

  • Salary: EUR 2,300–2,500 net per month, per person
