Team Assistant, Chelsea, London, starting salary up to £35k gpa depending on experience

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic junior candidate, ideally a recent graduate or school leaver, to join a close-knit team as a Team Assistant. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong IT skills, excellent organisation, and a genuine eagerness to learn.
In this varied support role, you'll work closely with the team, and provide some personal assistant support to our Founder, to help keep key processes running smoothly and efficiently. You'll gain hands-on exposure to the full range of office functions while developing valuable skills in administration, team support, and client service.

Key Responsibilities
• Scheduling calls, interviews and meetings across multiple time zones, including managing the Founder's diary and coordinating candidate calls
• Providing PA support to the Founder as needed
• Posting adverts and assisting with updates across online platforms
• Supporting the team with candidate screening
• Assisting with the odd minor role, with support from senior colleagues
• Tracking documents and managing follow-ups
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring the database is up to date
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to boost team productivity
• Assisting with ad-hoc projects within our collaborative team

Ideal Candidate
• Proactive and eager to learn
• A confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
• Solid IT skills (MS Office, email and calendar management essential)
• Organised, reliable and conscientious
• A team player who enjoys being part of a supportive and fast-paced environment
• Happy to pitch in with varied tasks, including some personal assistant duties for the Founder
• UK Driving Licence useful, given occasional PA support required

Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
