Head Housekeeper, Windlesham, Surrey, £55k - £60k GPA

We are seeking a fantastic Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team in a fully staffed household. The team consists of 2 permanent housekeepers, with additional temporary staff brought on during busier periods. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced housekeeper to take the next step in their career.

Duties will include coordinating schedules and inventory, supervising and training other staff members, and maintaining high standards throughout the household.

This is a part-time residence so there are busier and quieter periods. When thee family are in residence, there are longer hours and shift rotations required to ensure full household coverage. 

The ideal candidate will have experience working in private households or 5* hotels, and an ex Chief Stewardess would be ideal.

Live in or live out option available.

Schedule: 5 days per week 9-5, when the family are away. When the family are in residence, hours increase and staff work shifts in rotation to cover extended household needs.

Salary: £55k - £60k GPA (accommodation and meals provided)
Start date: ASAP
