Senior Executive Assistant / Private PA, Single Family Office, London, £80-100k GPA (flexible for the right candidate)

This is a rare and genuinely exciting opportunity for a senior PA/EA to step into a pivotal role within a single family office. You'll be the linchpin of the Principal's private life, trusted with real responsibility from day one and given the scope to shape processes, not just follow them.

Based primarily in the office in London, you'll work directly with the Principal, managing everything from the private residence and household team to worldwide travel, diary coordination, and philanthropic engagements. No two days will look the same, and your ideas for doing things better will genuinely be welcomed.

The Role

Lead on coordination of home maintenance, contractors, utilities and vehicles across the Principals' residences

Oversee household accounts and budgets, and recruit and manage household staff

Arrange all worldwide travel, including private plane logistics and ever-changing itineraries

Manage complex diaries across business, family and personal commitments

Handle invoicing, budgeting and a master accounting spreadsheet across family, house and travel expenses

Act as first point of contact for the Principal, building strong relationships with contacts and affiliated offices

Coordinate philanthropy meetings, calls and briefing packs across time zones

Organise events and projects, with occasional attendance required outside normal hours

The Ideal Candidate

Significant senior-level private PA experience, ideally combined with corporate EA/PA background

Experience supporting a family with young children highly preferable

Confident managing people, budgets and property maintenance

Discreet, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable holding sensitive information

Proactive, solutions-focused, and energised by making improvements

Flexible around working hours and last-minute requests

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

Location: Central London (primarily office-based)

Schedule: Full-time; flexibility required, including occasional out-of-hours contact

Salary: £80-100k GPA, + Benefits (medical, pension, life insurance) flexible to go higher for the right candidate

Start: ASAP
