You'll be responsible for the complete management of the client's wardrobe — ensuring everything is meticulously organised, maintained and ready at all times. Key responsibilities include:

Managing and maintaining an extensive luxury wardrobe collection across two locations

Developing an in-depth understanding of the client's personal style, preferences and seasonal needs

Creating and preparing daily outfits and looks

Styling support for travel, events and everyday dressing

Preparing clothing and accessories ahead of trips

Managing fittings, including regular Saturday appointments (flexibility required)

Maintaining a detailed wardrobe inventory

Tracking purchases, receipts and expenditure

Managing relationships with luxury retailers, including an established relationship with Harrods

Coordinating alterations, repairs, cleaning and garment care

Overseeing the dressing room, bath and boudoir areas within the principal bedroom suite

Supporting the wider household with wardrobe organisation and systems

About You

Extensive experience as a Wardrobe Manager, Stylist, Personal Shopper or similar, ideally within private households or luxury environments

Strong knowledge of luxury fashion, designers and styling

Experience dressing UHNW clients and managing extensive wardrobes

A well-established "black book" of trusted industry contacts

Experience travelling and preparing wardrobes for international trips

Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with confidence in Excel, Word and digital tracking systems

A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work independently

A calm, professional manner, with the ability to build trust with a discerning client

Candidates who combine fashion/wardrobe management experience with a background in private households are especially encouraged to apply — ideally someone equally at home with the styling side and the practical, day-to-day upkeep of a luxury wardrobe.
