An exceptional opportunity to take the helm of a stunning multi-property estate in one of the world's most sought-after locations, overseeing a group of three neighbouring residences in Ibiza, set within a vast and developing estate that includes a vineyard, an olive grove, and surrounding farmland.
This is a genuinely exciting, hands-on role at the heart of an estate that is actively growing. New infrastructure projects are underway (spa, sports facilities, security upgrades, decking), alongside ongoing refurbishments and longer-term expansion plans — meaning the successful candidate will have real scope to shape something special from the ground up. This isn't a desk-based management role: it calls for someone who is out on the estate day to day, tackling repairs, keeping an eye on the grounds, and only calling in outside help when a job genuinely needs it.

The Role
You will take full, hands-on ownership of the estate's day-to-day condition and operations — carrying out maintenance and repairs personally wherever practical, coordinating contractors and vendors for larger or specialist works, overseeing new construction projects, and ensuring impeccable standards are upheld across all three residences and the surrounding grounds.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs across the residences, and coordinating contractors for larger or specialist works

  • Conducting regular inspections, catching issues early, and responding promptly to emergency works

  • Maintaining and troubleshooting household and estate systems: HVAC, pools, irrigation, smart home, security, and general equipment

  • Taking day-to-day ownership of outdoor standards, landscaping, grounds maintenance, and seasonal improvements

  • Leading new construction and infrastructure projects with external suppliers (spa, sports facilities, security, decks, and more)

  • Managing budgets, rotas, and household/estate supplies

  • Acting as the key on-site point of contact for any issues or emergencies

  • Working in close coordination with household teams to uphold exceptional estate standards throughout

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 5 years' experience in a senior private household, estate, or luxury hospitality role, with genuine hands-on maintenance or groundskeeping experience

  • Strong estate management background with practical trade skills (basic plumbing, carpentry, electrics, general repairs) and comfort operating tools and grounds machinery

  • Solid working knowledge of horticulture, land, and outdoor systems — vineyard, olive grove, or farmland experience a strong plus

  • Fluent in Spanish and English: essential for this role

  • Confident managing multiple vendors, contractors, and large-scale projects simultaneously, while remaining willing to get stuck in personally

  • Proactive and solutions-driven; someone who anticipates problems rather than reacting to them

  • Construction or project management experience is a significant advantage
