Live-Out Mentor/Nanny - Rome, circa €4k-€4.5k net per month DOE

Silver & Bow have an exciting nanny/mentor opportunity for a HNW client based in Rome with four school-aged children (16 year old twins, 14 and 13)
This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for a confident, proactive, and highly organised candidate who can provide guidance, structure, and occasional proxy parenting when required. The family are seeking someone educated, emotionally intelligent, self-sufficient, and naturally able to build strong rapport with teenagers.
This is not a traditional nanny role, but rather a position suited to someone who genuinely enjoys working with older children within a fully staffed household environment.

This is a live-out position; whilst candidates already based in Rome would be preferred, the family are happy to cover relocation costs and provide support with securing accommodation for the right candidate.

Schedule: Approx. 8 hours per day, typically split between mornings and afternoons, with minimal evening work unless proxy parenting is required.

Duties include:

• Overseeing morning routines and school runs

• Supporting afternoon schedules and activities

• Wardrobe management, packing, and organisation

• Shopping for gifts and child-related errands

• Organising fun, age-appropriate activities

• Proxy parenting when the principals travel

Salary: circa €4k-€4.5k net per month (DOE) and previous earnings
