Live-In Estate Manager – Ibiza, Salary dependant on experience

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a private principal for an experienced, hands-on Estate Manager to oversee a group of three neighbouring residences in Ibiza, set within a vast and developing estate that includes a vineyard, an olive grove, and surrounding farmland.

This is a genuinely exciting role, requiring dynamic leadership and being at the heart of an estate that is actively growing. There are new infrastructure projects underway (think spa, sports facilities, security upgrades, decking), ongoing refurbishments, and longer-term expansion plans, which means the successful candidate will have real scope to shape something special from the ground up.

If you are a polished, solutions-driven professional who is equally comfortable chairing a meeting with contractors and rolling up your sleeves for an essential repair, this role was built for you.

The Role

You will take full ownership of the day-to-day operations across the estate, managing maintenance and upkeep, coordinating contractors and vendors, overseeing new construction projects, and ensuring impeccable standards are upheld at all times across all three residences and the surrounding grounds.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing facilities operations and maintenance across multiple residences

  • Coordinating routine inspections, repairs, and emergency works

  • Managing contractors, vendors, and service providers across all projects

  • Leading new construction and infrastructure projects with external suppliers (spa, sports facilities, security, decks, and more)

  • Maintaining all systems, HVAC, pools, smart home, security etc

  • Managing budgets, rotas, and household supplies

  • Taking a hands-on approach to outdoor standards, landscaping, and seasonal improvements

  • Acting as the key on-site point of contact for any issues or emergencies

  • Working in close coordination with household teams to uphold exceptional estate standards throughout

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 5 years' experience in a senior private household, estate, or luxury hospitality role

  • Strong estate management and groundskeeping background, ideally UHNW or high-end residential

  • Fluent in Spanish and English: essential for this role

  • Confident managing multiple vendors, contractors, and large-scale projects simultaneously

  • Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-driven; someone who anticipates problems rather than reacting to them

  • A solid working knowledge of household systems and maintenance

  • Construction or project management experience is a significant advantage

  • Practical knowledge of horticulture and outdoor systems is a bonus
