Travelling Chef, Europe-based, UHNW Family, £72k GPA

We have an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and adaptable Private Chef to join a fully staffed UHNW household in a predominantly travel-based role.

The position is split between the family’s residence in Southern Spain and international travel throughout the year. Approximately six months will be spent at the family’s main home, with the remaining time accompanying the principals on trips across Europe and beyond. Travel periods are generally between one and two weeks, although longer stays may occasionally be required.

The family enjoys a varied and healthy diet and appreciates a broad range of international cuisines. The successful candidate will be a confident all-round chef with a strong understanding of seasonal produce, nutrition, and diverse cooking styles.

This role would suit a proactive, flexible professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is comfortable adapting to changing schedules while maintaining exceptionally high standards.
Accommodation and all travel expenses are provided.

Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Private Chef within an UHNW household
Strong repertoire across a variety of cuisines and dietary preferences
Excellent knowledge of ingredients, menu planning, and food sourcing
Ability to work effectively alongside household staff and support teams
Calm, organised, and resourceful under pressure
High standards of food hygiene and kitchen management
Professional, discreet, and well-presented
Flexible and willing to travel extensively throughout the year

Salary: £72k GPA
