Summer Live-In Housekeeping Couple, Ibiza, Spain, Mid-June – Late September

We are looking for a couple to look after a beautiful private villa in Ibiza over the summer season. This is a fantastic opportunity for two people who take genuine pride in their work and enjoy delivering a high standard of service in a stunning setting.
The role runs from mid-June through to late September, covering a mix of rental guests (typically families) and the villa owners themselves. When guests are in residence you will be the face of the property; during quieter void periods the focus shifts to oversight, light maintenance, and keeping everything in perfect order ready for the next arrival.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, ironing, and turn-down service

  • Breakfast preparation, basic cooking, grocery shopping, and provisioning

  • Daily property checks, security, and guest readiness

  • Pool care, vehicle upkeep, and general outdoor maintenance

  • Basic DIY, repairs, and monitoring for wear/damage

  • Coordination with gardener, contractors, and suppliers

  • Managing utilities (solar/generator, fuel, A/C, AV, hot water)

  • Boathouse and equipment upkeep (jet ski, beach kit)

  • Driving family locally and to/from airport

  • Managing invoices, receipts, and admin support


About You

  • Experienced private household or luxury hospitality professionals

  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused

  • Strong housekeeping, laundry, and basic cooking skills

  • Confident drivers with clean licences

  • Fluent English and Spanish (essential)

  • Comfortable around children and dogs

  • Practical, hands-on, and solution-oriented

  • Eligible to work in Spain


Dates: Mid-June – September
Salary: €5000 – 6000 gross per month (combined)
Schedule: 6 days per week, 10 hours per day when guests or family are in residence; reduced hours during void periods
Typical split shift: 07:00–12:00 and 17:00–22:00
Accommodation: Private on-site annex with bedroom, shower/WC, and spacious open-plan kitchen and sitting room
