Estate Gardener (Live-Out), Kensington, London, £45- £60k GPA DOE

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Estate Gardener to provide comprehensive, high-standard maintenance for the grounds of a private residence in Kensington . The successful candidate will be responsible for the year-round maintenance and presentation of formal planting beds, lawn areas, specimen trees, and hard landscaping. This role is suited to a skilled horticultural professional with a background in high-end private estates, historic estates, royal parks, or botanical gardens. Good horticultural knowledge is essential, along with a hands-on approach and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
•    Full maintenance of formal gardens, lawns, planting beds, specimen trees, and landscaped areas 
•    Expert pruning, planting, feeding, mulching, weeding, and seasonal garden care 
•    Topiary maintenance and plant health monitoring, including pest and disease management 
•    Lawn care including mowing, edging, aeration, and seasonal treatments 
•    Tree maintenance and general estate upkeep 
•    Maintenance of hard landscaping, irrigation systems, and water features 
•    Liaising with specialist contractors when required 

Candidate Requirements
•    Proven experience within a high-end private estate or similar prestigious horticultural setting 
•    Strong horticultural knowledge is a must 
•    Formal horticultural qualifications (RHS/NVQ or equivalent) highly desirable 
•    Experience maintaining exceptional standards in formal/private gardens 
•    Professional, discreet, proactive, and able to work independently
