Caretaker / Assistant Facility Manager – Southampton, New York, $130k - $160k GPA
We are looking for an experienced caretaker / assistant for our UHNW client at their private estate in Southampton, NY. This is a fully staffed household, so the role would suit someone who is comfortable working as part of a wider team in a high-standard, service-driven environment.
This is a hands-on, primary caretaker role where you will take real pride in the day-to-day presentation, upkeep, and smooth running of multiple private residences. Has previous residential caretaking, estate maintenance, or trade experience
Has a solid working knowledge of home systems
Is detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
