Full-Time Housekeeper – Tribeca, New York | Up to $120,000 GPA plus benefits

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Housekeeper to support our UHNW clients at their beautiful high-end townhouse in Tribeca.

As the family travels frequently, the property is used on a part-time basis, so this role is key in keeping the home beautifully maintained and presented at all times.

With high-end finishes, fine materials, and valuable artwork throughout, a strong understanding of caring for luxury interiors is essential.

 This is a sole Housekeeper position, reporting to a Chief of Staff based in NYC. The role involves close liaison and regular updates, so strong communication skills are key. It would suit someone reliable, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and confident working independently.

 Duties and responsibilities

 •            Daily cleaning and overall upkeep of the property

•            Detailed dusting, polishing, and care of all surfaces

•            Care of fine materials, furnishings, and artwork

•            Laundry and ironing

•            Running errands as required

•            Ensuring the home is fully prepared ahead of the principal’s stays

•            Regular liaison with the Chief of Staff, providing updates

•            Monitoring household supplies and managing inventory

This is a live-out role, with regular travel to the Hamptons and occasional travel to other US residences required during busier periods (transport provided).

 Days/hours: 40 hours oer week. Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (with flexibility)

 Salary: 100k – 120k USD per year

 Benefits: Private medical insurance (after successful completion of 3-month probation) and 15 days PTO
