Rota Nanny – Dubai, 2 weeks on/off, £70–80k net per annum

We are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced rota nanny to care for a 5-month-old baby in a busy, fully staffed household based in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for a true baby specialist who is passionate about supporting early development and confident working as part of a professional team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with babies and a strong understanding of feeding routines, sleep support, developmental milestones, and all aspects of infant care. We are looking for someone proactive, knowledgeable, and nurturing, who takes real joy in guiding a baby through their first year and beyond while maintaining excellent communication with the parents and wider household team. The role also involves regular international travel.

This is a fly-in, fly-out rota position with all flights covered by the principal.
