Location: Belsize Park (Very close to tube station)

Start Date: From 20th April 2026

A warm and welcoming family is seeking an exceptional full-time, live-out nanny to join their household team. This is a dynamic and collaborative role, ideal for a highly professional, energetic, and nurturing individual who is passionate about child development and thrives in a structured yet flexible environment.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 8:00pm

Flexibility is appreciated and occasionally required

About the Role

You will be caring for three children aged 8 years, 5 years, and 1 month old. The role involves a mix of sole charge and shared care, working alongside parents and an additional nanny/housekeeper.

During the earlier part of the day, your primary focus will be the baby, supporting the mother (who is currently on maternity leave) and occasionally taking sole charge. In the afternoons, responsibilities shift to coordinating school pick-ups and after-school activities for the older children, either independently or as part of the wider household team that includes a chef as well.

This is a varied role requiring adaptability, teamwork, and a genuine love for engaging with children at different developmental stages.

Key Responsibilities

Providing attentive, loving care for all three children (rarely sole charge of all simultaneously)

Supporting early development, particularly for the baby

Encouraging positive behaviour, manners, and social development in the older children

Assisting with school pick-ups and after-school activities

Collaborating effectively with parents, another nanny/housekeeper, and a chef

Maintaining clear and confident communication within the household

Candidate Requirements

Norland trained or of similar calibre, with strong childcare knowledge and experience

Background working with multiple children (e.g. nursery or school settings)

UK or EU passport with right to work in the UK

Willingness and ability to travel with the family during some school holidays

Physically fit, energetic, and genuinely passionate about childcare

Confident, clear communicator with native or fluent English

Comfortable using technology for child-related tasks

Strong team player with experience in staffed households

Driving licence strongly preferred

Additional Information

Experience with SEN children is a bonus (the eldest child has very mild ASD)

30 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and professional nanny seeking a long-term role within a supportive, well-organised household. The family is looking for someone who will form meaningful bonds with their children while contributing positively to their development in a fun, engaging, and structured way.
