Personal Assistant, UHNW Private Office, Central London, circa £60,000 GPA

Silver & Bow are pleased to present a fantastic opportunity for a PA to join the small, close-knit private office of a highly respected UHNW individual based in Notting Hill.

Our client is a financier who has dedicated the past two decades to philanthropy, impact investment, and international advisory work. He is widely regarded as an exceptionally pleasant and principled person to work for, staff stay with him for the long term, which speaks for itself.

The role covers the full spectrum of PA support across a varied and interesting schedule, and the Principal has a genuine enthusiasm for AI and automation, so candidates who are tech-savvy and keen to help integrate new tools into office operations would be a great fit.

This is a steady, well-rounded role with sensible hours and a healthy work-life balance, ideal for someone looking to settle into a long-term position with a remarkable individual.

Duties include:

•              Diary and calendar management across professional, philanthropic, and personal commitments

•              Inbox management and drafting correspondence on the Principal's behalf

•              End-to-end travel coordination

•              Liaison with household staff, contractors, and service providers

•              Logistics for events, meetings, and high-level gatherings

•              Supporting the Chief of Staff on wider office projects

Requirements:

•              Previous PA or EA experience, ideally 3–5 years min

•              Outstanding written and verbal English

•              Highly organised with strong attention to detail

•              Discreet and trustworthy

•              Comfortable with digital platforms and AI tools

•              Proactive, solutions-focused, and a team player

Hours: Full-time, standard office hours

Salary: Circa £60,000 GPA DOE

Location: Notting Hilll (Hybrid)
