Top Travelling Chef – UHNW Family | UK, Barbados & Europe - £70k GPA plus accommodation

We’re looking for a Top Chef with experience in Michelin-star kitchens and luxury hospitality to join a highly skilled team supporting a UHNW family across their ultra-luxury homes in the UK, Barbados, Europe, and other stunning destinations.

This is a rare opportunity to cook at the very highest level while traveling to world-class residences — six months per year in Barbados, a few months in the UK (London and Surrey), and the rest across other properties, mainly in Europe.

You’ll work alongside the Head Chef, creating inventive menus and Michelin-quality dishes for 5–8 family members and their guests. The role suits chefs with a broad repertoire, including Mediterranean, Japanese, and other global cuisines, excellent technique in fish, butchery, and sauces, and the ability to plate fine dining as well as family-style meals. The family typically enjoy lighter, lean dishes and experience with dietary requirements such as vegan is important.

We’re looking for someone responsible, tidy, and confident working as part of a team.

Flights and accommodation provided.

Candidates must be available to fly out to Barbados for trials in the next couple of weeks.

Typical service times:

• Lunch: 12:30

• Dinner: 17:30

Hours & schedule:

• Usually 5 days on, 2 days off

• Around 9 hours per day (either early shift 6:00–15:00 or later shift 9:00–18:00/18:30)
