Spanish Speaking House Manager. Coral Gables, Miami - $100,000–$150,000 GPA, higher compensation considered

A brand-new opportunity to join a genuinely kind and respectful private household, based at a newly renovated waterfront property in Coral Gables. This is a long-term role suited to someone who is naturally organised, hands-on, and takes pride in running a home to an exceptional standard.

You’ll be fully responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the property, ensuring everything is well maintained, well organised, and running seamlessly at all times. You’ll oversee all aspects of the household, from managing maintenance and coordinating contractors, to supervising a small team including nannies, a chef, and housekeepers. The family are looking for someone who can take ownership, use their initiative, and create a calm, well-run environment.

As the property has recently been completed, it’s an ideal time to come in and establish systems, build relationships with trusted vendors, and really set the tone for how the home is managed moving forward.

Duties and responsibilities:

Estate & Facilities Management

• Oversee all property systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, etc.)

• Implement and manage preventative maintenance schedules

• Carry out regular inspections to ensure the highest standards are maintained

• Manage any ongoing or future projects and improvements

Household Operations

• Manage and support household staff on a day-to-day basis

• Set clear standards and ensure the home is run efficiently

• Oversee schedules, organisation, and general workflow

Vendors & Contractors

• Source and manage external contractors and service providers

• Ensure work is completed to a high standard, on time and within budget

• Build and maintain strong, reliable relationships

Financial & Administrative

• Oversee household expenditure and approve invoices

• Manage budgets where required

• Provide regular updates to the Principal

Risk & General Oversight

• Act as the main point of contact for any property-related issues

• Ensure the home is safe, compliant, and well maintained at all times

Requirements

• 5–10 years’ experience as a House Manager in a similar UHNW property

• Proven ability to manage and oversee household staff, including chefs, nannies, and housekeepers

• Strong technical knowledge of residential property systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, automation)

• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and service providers, with a focus on quality, timeliness, and cost control

• Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused, with the ability to run a household autonomously

• Absolute discretion, professionalism, and integrity at all times

• Fluent in English and Spanish

Working days/hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 9-5

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 GPA. Higher compensation considered.
