Temp chef needed for VIP client, St Tropez - 20th April - 1st September - Up to 500 EUR per day

Amazing new opportunity for a talented and creative Private Chef to work for a VVIP client in St Tropez, in the South of France between the April and September.

The Chef will be responsible for preparing healthy, fresh and exquisite meals for 10 guests, always using high-quality ingredients . The family enjoy an array of dishes from worldwide cuisines, so are looking for someone with a broad repertoire as well as excellent food presentation skills.

You need to be willing to work 6 days a week with flexibility to work additional hours if needed.

You will be planning menus, so you should demonstrate good knowledge of food quantities and the ability to cater for different dietary requirements and food intolerances.

In addition, you will be required to be adaptable to any changes and maintain a top standard at all times. There is a cook for the staff, so you must be able to liaise with them to make sure they have all ingredients that is needed.

We are looking for candidates that have good hygiene kitchen standards and keep the kitchen clean and tidy.

Must be a driver.

Accommodation and flights included.

Dates: 20th April - 1st September

EUR 400 - 500 per day depending on experience.
