Senior Housekeeper, Virginia Water, Surrey. £47k GPA + paid overtime

A very exciting opportunity has come up for a Surrey-based housekeeper to join a gorgeous, state-of-the-art estate in Virginia Water. This role is perfect for a senior housekeeper who wants to step up and take more responsibility — you’ll be covering for the head housekeeper on their days off and helping the household run like clockwork.

The family uses the house mainly in the summer, but visits can happen throughout the year, and sometimes you’ll join the team in London. You’ll be working with an incredibly lovely, dynamic team, and during busy periods, there can be 10+ temporary staff, so you’ll get the chance to guide, train, and oversee them.

It’s a role where no two days are the same: from cleaning and organising and keeping the home immaculate to light service for the family and guests. The property is filled with high end materials, fabrics and interiors, so knowing how to care for luxury items is key.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8–4 when they’re away, and 9-hour shifts (including 2 weekends per month) during busy in residence periods. 

We’re looking for someone polished, confident, and proactive. Experience in service is a plus, but what really matters is the right attitude and a genuine passion for housekeeping. 

Salary: £47k GPA plus paid overtime
